We recently completed not only the largest bridging loan we have had so far had but also completed it in under 5 days from the moment of introduction through to completion. The property was a purchase in one of the most exclusive parts of Glasgow and the client had just been let down by another lender so we stepped in to help.
The deal size was slightly under £1M in total and was at 70% LTV for a period of 6 months. In fact the valuation came in slightly higher than we expected so we were able to increase the amount provided by a further £70K helping the client with their cash flow.
